Wheelchair users

Eindhoven Zoo is wheelchair accessible. You may encounter the occasional slope because the landscape is adapted to the animals' habitat. However, Eindhoven Zoo staff are always willing to help you. Eindhoven Zoo has a few wheelchairs available. We advise you to book these in advance by calling 0492-668 240. The wheelchair toilet is in the entrance building.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are admitted only if they are vaccinated. The walk-through area of the ring-tailed lemurs and red varieties is not open to dogs. Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times. Companions of assistance dogs may be asked to show identification.

Pets

No pets are allowed in the park. This is in connection with the safety of your pet and the animals in the park. However, it is possible to temporarily leave a pet in the kennel at the reception. You must book this in advance by calling 0492-668 240.

Trolleys

Eindhoven Zoo has wagon rentals. You can take them for your walk through the park based on availability. The wagon works via a coin lock where you have to put in a €2.00 coin.

FIRST AID

The reception desk is also an emergency post, in addition, there are several emergency officers in the park.

Toilets

Eindhoven Zoo has three toilet points: In the entrance building, at the elephants' playground and halfway along the route at Snack Point De Halte.

Babies

All toilet points have baby changing facilities. In Restaurant Smulrijk and at Snack Point The Halte, there is a possibility to warm up baby food.

Payment options

You can pay with cash, pin and Master, Visa and Maestro cards at guest services, in the catering outlets and in the souvenir shop.

Smoking

Eindhoven Zoo is a smoke-free park.
