Visitors to Eindhoven Zoo face dinosaurs this spring

Visitors to Eindhoven Zoo can explore the age of dinosaurs this spring. Along the walking route, visitors will come face to face with twenty lifelike roaring prehistoric dinosaurs. The creations will be on display at the zoo in Mierlo from April 15 to June 6.

During Dino Weeks, a five-meter-long Tyrannosaurus Rex, a six-meter-tall Stegosaurus and a Spinosaurus as tall as seven meters, among others, will take up residence in the park. The 20 prehistoric animals will be scattered throughout the park. These life-like creations are normally on display at World of Dinos, Europe's largest dino expo.

Intense experience
"It's great that visitors can see these dinosaurs up close. Some of these creations move and also make sound, which makes for an intense experience," says an enthusiastic Roel Huibers, general manager of Eindhoven Zoo. All creations will be accompanied by signs with information about their habits, eating behavior and way of life.

Children's party
It is also possible for children to celebrate their children's parties here. Huibers explains, "Children can take a closer look at the dino world here with their friends. Using a Dino bingo card, they can track down the creations in the park."
