If you choose a subscription with annual automatic renewal on the day of your visit, you will receive a discount with your admission ticket.

Each family member receives a subscription card with a photo on it. A subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable. If misused, it will be confiscated.

It is possible to purchase a subscription online. You can then also add the photo online. Would you rather purchase the season ticket in the park? That is also possible, but then you have to fill out everything there including the passport photos per family member.

The subscription is valid for one year from the day of purchase, until the end of that month.

Canceling a subscription can be done by emailing to info@eindhovenzoo.nl, until no later than one month before the subscription expires. Please include your zip code and house number. Once your cancellation has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The subscription is renewed automatically if it is concluded with a direct debit. If the subscription is taken out without a direct debit, the subscription will not be renewed automatically.

Children under 2 years of age receive free admission. They receive a free subscription. From their 3rd birthday they start paying for the subscription and pay the remaining amount until the end date.

At the box office you can request a new pass. The cost for this is €5.00.
