I have a subscription or discount voucher, is it necessary to make a reservation for my visit?
No, if you have an Eindhoven Zoo subscription or discount voucher to our park you do not need to make reservations. Show your subscription or discount voucher at the ticket office and then your visit to our park can begin!
With an Eindhoven Zoo admission ticket from the past, can I get a discount at Eindhoven Zoo again?
The Eindhoven Zoo admission ticket entitles you to a 25% discount for 1 person on your next visit to Eindhoven Zoo or on admission to the following theme parks: Safaripark Beekse Bergen, Speelland Beekse Bergen, Aviation Museum Aviodrome or Klimrijk Brabant. Valid once up to 1 year after purchase, not valid in combination with other discount offers and special rates.

What does the gift voucher entail?
The gift certificate is a gift voucher to spend in Eindhoven Zoo and available in the Eindhoven Zoo souvenir shop for any amount.
Can I pay at Eindhoven Zoo with a VVV gift voucher?
Yes, you can pay in Eindhoven Zoo with VVV gift vouchers. Choose the option 'I have a coupon or pass' in the ticket shop. Book your visit, hand in the VVV gift voucher during your visit to Eindhoven Zoo and pay any remaining amount at the till. The discount will be deducted from the original ticket price.
Do I have to print out e-tickets?
For verification you can print your e-tickets or show the barcode of your tickets on your cell phone at the entrance.

For verification of online payment we need your name and address information. The personal data provided to Eindhoven Zoo will be treated confidentially by Eindhoven Zoo and will not be given to third parties.
