Strong together

When zebra mongooses see a predator, they move close together. Together, they look like one big animal. The zebra mongooses in front make themselves big and bite at the attacker. For most predators, this is warning enough and they quickly take off.

Egg tapping

I eat mostly insects. I also eat fruit, reptiles and eggs. If I can't bite an egg with my teeth, I try to smash it against a stone.
